SHIPPING POLICY
PHYSICAL SHIPPING

Once we receive your order please allow 24 to 48 hours for processing (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and National Holidays). All orders are subject to processing time that is separate from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been fulfilled. After processing is completed, you will receive a tracking number immediately. Please note, your tracking number will update once USPS has received the package and it is successfully processed through their system.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Our return policy last 7 days after order is received (excluding weekends or national holidays). Returns/Exchanges are not processed until we receive the return/exchange item at our Warehouse. For returns/exchanges email our customer service department and we will be glad to assist. Once a return label has been issued, the item must be brought to USPS within 14 days (excluding Sundays and national holidays) of being issued the return label. items are only exchangeable if unworn, in good condition, and in original packaging. If an item does not work out for you, the item can only be exchanged for store credit that can be used towards another order.
